Billing

One plan, no tiers. Billing is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

The plan

  • $100/month — includes every app and your first 5 users.
  • $15/user/month — for each active user beyond 5, prorated automatically.
  • No add-ons. Apps, storage growth, backups, and support are all included.

Promo and access codes

Codes are entered on the Stripe checkout page when you create your workspace. A 100%-off code brings the total to $0 and no card is required.

Receipts and invoices

Stripe emails a receipt to the billing email (the address used at signup) every cycle. Need the billing email changed or a past invoice re-sent? Contact us.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry and notify you. While payment is outstanding the workspace is suspended — sign-ins are disabled but no data is deleted. Settling the invoice restores access.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime; your subscription runs to the end of the paid period. Export anything you need beforehand (Documents supports bulk ZIP download, and list views export to spreadsheet). If you'd like a full data export, ask us and we'll provide one.
