What counts as a user?
Anyone with their own login. Your first 5 are covered by the $100 base; each additional active user is $15/month, prorated automatically. Remove someone and the next bill drops.
Are all the apps really included?
Yes. There are no per-app charges and no feature tiers — every one of the 29 apps is available on the one plan. Browse the catalog to see them all.
Do you take promo codes?
Codes are entered on the Stripe checkout page when you create your workspace. A 100%-off code brings the total to $0 with no card required.
How does billing work?
Stripe handles payment and emails a receipt each cycle — we never see or store your card details. See Billing for invoices, failed payments, and changing the billing email.
Can we cancel?
Anytime, from your billing portal. Your subscription runs to the end of the paid period and you can export your data beforehand — no contract, no cancellation fee.
