What counts as a seat?
A person with their own login. Every license covers up to 12 people. AI agents connected to your workspace never count as seats.
What happens at seat 13?
You talk to us and we put together a custom license. Nothing breaks and nobody is locked out — it’s a conversation, not a paywall.
What do "agents" actually do today?
Agent licenses let your AI tools — Claude, Codex, any MCP-compatible client — work inside your workspace: reading and updating your CRM, invoices, and records with your permission, every action logged. How does New Business eligibility work?
It’s for companies registered within the last 12 months — we verify with your formation document or EIN-assignment date when you apply. The price holds for your first 12 months with us; the year-two price is on the card above, so there’s no surprise later.
How does our data get in?
Bring exports from your current tools — spreadsheets or CSVs — and we import them with you during setup. After that, every list view imports and exports CSV and Excel directly, so you’re never locked in either direction.
How does billing work?
Stripe handles payment and emails a receipt each cycle — we never see or store your card details. Month to month; no contract.
Can we cancel?
Anytime. Your license runs to the end of the paid month and you can export your data beforehand — every workspace is its own database, and it’s yours.
