Terms of service

Plain terms for a flat monthly license. Every number on this page is the same one the rest of the site quotes, because it is read from the same source.

What you are buying

A hosted EVERJUST.APP workspace: your own isolated database at your own address, with every app included. One license covers up to 12 people. More than 12 is a custom license: write to us.

What it costs

  • With Agents: $2,500/month.
  • Standard: $1,500/month.
  • New Business: $599/month for your first 12 months.

Prices are in USD and exclude any taxes that apply where you are. The New Business price runs for the term shown above, after which the license continues at the Standard price unless you change it.

Billing and cancellation

  • Licenses are month to month. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
  • Payment is taken by Stripe. Card details never reach our servers.
  • You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the month already paid, and your workspace stays available until the end of that month.

Your data

  • What your team puts in your workspace is yours. We store and process it to run the service for you.
  • Your workspace has its own database, not a shared table with other customers in it.
  • You can export your data at any time; see Export your data.
  • How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

Your account

You administer your own workspace: you create the first administrator at signup and invite the rest of your team, up to the seat limit above. Keep your sign-in details to your team: anyone with them can act in your workspace.

Administrators and mailboxes

Workspace administrators can read every mailbox in the workspace, including a mailbox that belongs to one person. If you administer a workspace, you are responsible for how your administrators use that access and for telling the people who use the workspace about it. If you use a mailbox in a workspace run by someone else, assume its administrators can read it. The privacy policy says the same.

Connecting third-party accounts

  • You can connect a Google or Microsoft account to your workspace for calendar sync, for sending mail from your Gmail, Outlook, or Microsoft 365 address inside the EVERJUST webmail, and for mail import. Connecting is optional, and each feature is available only if you connect that account.
  • You can connect only an account you own or are authorised to use. By connecting it you authorise us to use it for the permissions shown on the provider's consent screen and described in our privacy policy, and for nothing else.
  • Your use of Google, Microsoft, or any other provider stays under that provider's own terms.

Imports and connections: acceptable use

  • Import mail only from mailboxes you own or are authorised to access. Do not use an import or a connection to reach someone else's account without their permission.
  • Do not use them to put data in your workspace that you have no right to hold, to get around a provider's limits, or to put an unreasonable load on the service.
  • Imports are rate limited per person and per workspace. We may pause an import or a connection that breaks these terms, the provider's terms, or the law, and we will tell the workspace administrator by email where we can.

Disconnecting

  • You can disconnect an account at any time in Settings, then Connections. Disconnecting stops the sync and deletes the stored tokens.
  • Calendar events and mail already copied into your workspace are workspace content like any other. The data deletion page says how to delete them.
  • If you or the provider revokes access, the connection stops working until it is connected again.

Third-party services and outages

Google, Microsoft, the push services run by browser and device makers, and the other providers a workspace connects to run their own services. We do not control them and give no warranty for them. If one is down, slow, changes how it works, limits access, or withdraws a permission, connected features such as calendar sync, sending mail, import, and notifications may stop or lag, and that is not a breach of these terms by us.

Service providers

We run EVERJUST.APP with the help of service providers for hosting, payments, and email delivery. They are named in the privacy policy, and they handle your data only to provide their part of the service. We update that list when we add or change a provider that receives your content.

Ending the license

  • You can cancel at any time, as described under Billing and cancellation above.
  • We may suspend or end a license that breaks these terms or the law, and we will tell the workspace administrator by email first where we can.
  • When a license ends, export your data first; see Export your data. Stored tokens for connected accounts are deleted when the workspace is deleted, and we delete workspace data on request, as the data deletion page describes.

Changes

If we change these terms we will publish the change on this page. If a change affects what you pay, we will tell the workspace administrator by email before it takes effect.
