Use it on your phone

Your workspace runs in any phone browser. Install it to your home screen and it opens like a native app: full screen, with its own icon, and no address bar. It stays signed in between visits.

iPhone & iPad (Safari)

1. Open your workspace address in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button.
3. Choose Add to Home Screen.
4. Confirm. The EVERJUST icon appears on your home screen.

Android (Chrome)

1. Open your workspace address in Chrome.
2. Tap the ⋮ menu.
3. Choose Install app (or Add to Home screen).
4. Confirm.

Everything works the same as on your computer: the same apps, the same data.

Get alerts on your phone

Once your workspace is installed, you can allow notifications on it. On an iPhone or iPad this needs the installed app and iOS 16.4 or later, because a tab in Safari cannot show them. Open Mail → Settings → Notifications and tap Allow notifications, or find Notifications in Profile Settings → Preferences, choose Choose what you are told about, and use Allow notifications under This device. Unless an administrator has switched the notification center off, bookings, new leads and paid invoices then reach your phone. Alerts for new mail while Mail is closed are a separate feature with its own switch, which is also on unless an administrator has switched it off. See Alerts when Mail is closed.
