Maintenance

Maintenance keeps your equipment running instead of breaking. Register every machine and asset, set preventive schedules so each one gets serviced on time, and give your team one board where any breakdown gets logged, triaged, and assigned. Every request stays on the machine's record, so its service history builds itself.
What you can do
- Set preventive schedules. Plan recurring service so equipment gets looked at before it breaks.
- Let anyone flag a breakdown. A fault logged against a machine lands on one board for the team to triage and assign.
- Keep a per-machine history. Every request and service stays on the asset's record, so patterns are visible.
- Route work to a team. Assign requests to the maintenance team that owns the equipment.
Configuration
Availability
Maintenance is not on by default. An administrator activates it from Apps — see Turn apps on and off.
Register a piece of equipment
- Open Maintenance and go to Equipments.
- Click New and name the machine or asset.
- Set its category, and assign it to the employee or department that uses it.
- Record the details you want to track: serial number, purchase date, warranty, and the technician or team responsible.
- Save. Requests you file against this equipment now stack up on its record.
Assigning equipment to a new hire is part of onboarding.
Log and triage a maintenance request
- Go to Maintenance Requests and click New, or start a request from the equipment record.
- Give it a title, pick the equipment, and set the request type: Corrective for a breakdown, Preventive for scheduled service.
- Set the priority and assign a team or technician.
- Work the board: requests move from new, to in progress, to repaired, as the team handles them.
Stay ahead of breakdowns
Set how often a piece of equipment needs preventive service, and the app raises a preventive request each time it comes due. Preventive and corrective requests sit on the same board, so the team sees planned work next to the faults.
