Invoicing

Invoicing

Invoicing sends customer invoices and tracks payment. It's the simplest way to bill; if you need full books, see Accounting.

What you can do

  • Create invoices. From scratch, from a sales order, or from delivered goods and recorded time. Send them as branded PDFs or online.
  • Get paid. Add online payment so customers pay from the invoice. Record cash, checks, and bank payments by hand.
  • Set terms. Payment terms, due dates, taxes, and default terms & conditions.
  • Chase late payers. Filter the invoice list to what's overdue and resend those invoices with a note. Scheduled, escalating reminders come with the accounting package.
  • Recurring invoices. Bill the same customer on a schedule with contracts — enabled on request.
  • Credit notes. Refund or correct an invoice without breaking your records.

Configuration

Set your invoice layout, payment terms, taxes, and default terms in the settings. Connect a payment provider to accept online payments.
