Invoicing

Invoicing sends customer invoices and tracks payment. It's the simplest way to bill; if you need full books, see Accounting.
What you can do
- Create invoices. From scratch, from a sales order, or from delivered goods and recorded time. Send them as branded PDFs or online.
- Get paid. Add online payment so customers pay from the invoice. Record cash, checks, and bank payments by hand.
- Set terms. Payment terms, due dates, taxes, and default terms & conditions.
- Chase late payers. See overdue invoices and send payment reminders.
- Credit notes. Refund or correct an invoice without breaking your records.
Configuration
Set your invoice layout, payment terms, taxes, and default terms in the settings. Connect a payment provider to accept online payments.
