Documents is where your files live — stored, organized, and shared, with control over who sees what.
What you can do
- Store and organize. Folders, tags, and a clear file browser.
- Control access. Permissions per folder, so the right people see the right files.
- Share. Share files or folders internally, or with outside people through a portal link.
- Attach to records. Link files to the customer, project, or invoice they belong to.
- Bulk download. Grab a whole folder as a ZIP.
Configuration
Set up your storage and top-level folders, and assign access groups. New workspaces start with a default storage and a Documents folder ready to use.
