Brand your client portal
You brand the portal your clients sign in to from Settings → Portal Branding. Set the primary and accent colors, the sidebar colors, the corner radius, the font, a logo, and a background image for the sign-in page. You can also relabel the word "Company" to a term that fits your business, such as "Practice" or "Chapter". The color and logo fields start unset, which gives the clean black-and-white default, while the corner radius starts at 12 and the font at the platform default. Branding only adds your look on top. The sign-in page picks up your logo and accent color on its own.
Set colors, font, and shape
- Open Settings → Portal Branding.
- Set the Primary color for headings and main text. Enter a hex value such
as
#1A1A1A. - Set the Accent color for buttons and links. This color also styles the button and links on the sign-in card.
- Set the Sidebar background and Sidebar text colors. The active item's highlight is worked out from these for you, so keep enough contrast between the two that the text stays readable.
- Set the Corner radius from 0 to 24 pixels. The default is 12.
- Choose a Portal font. The options are the platform default, Space Grotesk, or your device's system font. Fonts are limited to these self-hosted choices, so nothing loads from an outside site.
- Save.
Colors are hex only
Every color field takes a hex value like #0F62FE. A value that is not a
valid hex color is rejected, which keeps the portal styling safe.
Add your logo and a sign-in image
- In Settings → Portal Branding, upload a Portal logo. It shows at the top of the sidebar and on the sign-in card. If you leave it empty, the portal falls back to your company logo.
- Upload a Sign-in background image to sit behind the login card. Leave it empty for a clean default background.
- Save.
The sign-in page uses your logo, your accent color, and the background image together, and falls back to the platform default where a field is empty.
Relabel the word "Company"
Clients who belong to an organization see a line on their home screen naming it. By default that line reads "Company". Change the Company term in Settings → Portal Branding to the word your clients use, such as "Practice" or "Chapter", and the portal shows your word instead.
