Meetings

Meetings is where you schedule and hold video calls with your team and your customers. You book a meeting on your Calendar, add a video room to it, and hold the call in your browser through Chat — no separate app to install. Every workspace has Meetings, and its Recordings list keeps each recorded call in one place. Recording is off until an administrator turns it on.

What you can do

• Schedule from your Calendar. Create a meeting the way you create any calendar event: a time, the people, and the details. The Meetings app opens on the shared Calendar.
• Hold it as a video call. Open a meeting and start its video room. The call runs in your browser as a built-in Chat video call, so anyone you invite can join from Chat.
• Keep video meetings together. The Video Meetings list shows the calendar events that have a video room, so you find the next call without scrolling the whole calendar.
• Find recordings in one place. When recording is on, each recorded call lands in the Recordings list and posts a link on the meeting, the contact, and the related deal. See Call recording & transcripts.

Where to find it

The Meetings app has three entries:

The Meetings app and its Recordings list are visible to team members with the Call Recording user role. An administrator grants that role in Settings → Users.

Recording a meeting

On any meeting form, the Record this meeting checkbox flags a meeting to record on its own the next time people join. Recording is off until an administrator turns it on for the workspace, and every participant sees a notice in the call when it starts.
