Fleet

Fleet is the register of your company vehicles. Each vehicle carries its driver, model, plate, and assignment, plus every cost logged against it: leases, insurance, services, and fuel. Contract and service due dates sit on the same records, so renewals come up before they lapse instead of after.

What you can do

Register a vehicle

1. Open Fleet and create a vehicle.
2. Pick the model and enter the license plate.
3. Assign the driver.

Repeat for each vehicle. The result is one list that answers who drives what.

Log costs and contracts

1. Open the vehicle's record.
2. Add its contracts — the lease and the insurance policy, each with its cost and end date.
3. Log services and fuel as they happen.

Every entry lands on the vehicle, so you see what each one costs you rather than one blended "vehicles" number.

Watch renewals

Contracts and services carry due dates. Review what is coming up so you renegotiate a lease or book a service before the date passes, not when a vehicle is already off the road or uninsured.
