Time Off

Time Off handles leave: staff request it, managers approve it, and everyone can see who's out.

What you can do

  • Request leave. Staff request time off by type (holiday, sick, unpaid) and see their balances.
  • Approve. Managers approve or refuse, with the team calendar in view.
  • Track balances. Set allocations and accrual plans so balances keep themselves.
  • Plan around it. Approved leave shows on the team calendar and on Timesheets.

Configuration

Define your time-off types, public holidays, and accrual or allocation rules. Set the approval chain.

  • Balances and approvals feed Payroll.
  • Leave appears against the team in Employees.
