Recruitment

Recruitment

Recruitment is your hiring pipeline. Publish job openings, collect every application in one place, and move candidates through stages you define until you hire. Applications, CVs, and interview notes live on the candidate record, not in someone's inbox — so the whole hiring team sees the same picture of every candidate.

What you can do

  • Run one hiring pipeline. Publish openings and move every applicant through the stages you define.
  • Interview as a team. Book interviews, share feedback, and keep everyone aligned on each candidate.
  • Keep resumes in one place. Applications, CVs, and notes sit on the candidate record.
  • Hire into onboarding. When a candidate accepts, create their employee record and start onboarding.

Post your first opening

  1. Open Recruitment.
  2. Create a job position with the role title and the department that is hiring.
  3. Publish the opening.
  4. Watch applications land in the position's pipeline as candidates come in. You can also add a candidate yourself, for a referral or a walk-in.

From there, work the pipeline: Screen, interview & hire walks the flow from first application to employee record.

Turn it on from Apps

Recruitment is not part of the starting set. A workspace administrator turns it on from Apps — see Turn apps on and off. Activation takes a moment and reloads your workspace.
