Website

Your workspace includes a public website, and it runs on the same database as your apps. Pages, your store, blog posts, courses, live chat, contact forms, event pages, and newsletter signups all draw on the customer list and catalog you already keep — a form submission becomes a CRM lead, and a web order becomes a sales order. You edit everything in the browser and can publish in more than one language.

  • Website Builder — Edit pages with drag-and-drop blocks and publish when ready.

  • eCommerce — A store that shares your catalog, prices, and stock.

  • Blog — Posts with tags, scheduling, and per-post SEO.

  • Courses — Video and document courses with quizzes and certificates.

  • Live Chat — Talk to visitors; every chat is saved on the contact.

  • Community forum — Q&A for your customers, on workspaces that have it.

Day-to-day site work has its own guides: Pages, menus & publishing · Forms & lead capture · Translate your site · SEO & getting found · Publish on your own domain.

What's already on

Most workspaces have the Website Builder and Live Chat from day one — they install alongside CRM. eCommerce is pre-installed for retail workspaces. Everything else here activates in one click from the Apps page; see Turn apps on and off.

Your design is your brand

There is no theme gallery to pick from. Your site's look ships with your workspace: a plain black-and-white palette by default, your own fonts and colors once you set them in the builder. Do not apply a website theme to an existing site — activating a theme copies a whole new set of pages and menus over what you have built and will damage the site. If you ever see a theme picker, leave it alone and ask support.

The site is a front door for other apps

Two marketing apps publish to your site as well: Events generates a mini-site for every published event, and Email Marketing collects newsletter signups through blocks you place on your pages.
