Pricing & billing

What it costs

One flat monthly license covers every app, for up to 12 people:

• $1,500 / month — Standard: the whole platform.
• $2,500 / month — With Agents: the whole platform plus AI-agent access (how that works).
• $599 / month — New Business: for companies registered within the last 12 months, agents included, for your first 12 months. After year one you move to Standard or With Agents — the year-two price is shown up front.

No per-app fees and no per-seat math. Every app — CRM, invoicing, projects, HR, payroll, mail, phones, and the rest — is included on every license.

Seats

A seat is a person with their own login. Every license includes up to 12 people. AI agents connected to your workspace never count as seats. Need more than 12? Email company@everjust.co and we'll put together a custom license.

New Business eligibility

You confirm at signup that your business was registered within the last 12 months. We may ask for your formation document or EIN assignment date to confirm it, and we can move a workspace to Standard pricing if it doesn't qualify. One license per founding team.

Invoices & receipts

Stripe handles payment and emails a receipt each cycle — we never see or store your card details.

To change your payment method, download past invoices, or cancel, open Settings → Billing in your workspace. Only workspace administrators see it. It opens your own Stripe billing portal, so the change takes effect immediately — you don't need to email us.

If Billing says billing isn't connected yet, or you'd rather we handle it, email company@everjust.co.

Not the same thing: the client portal is where your customers log in to see their documents and requests (see Your client portal).

Cancel

Cancel any time. Licenses are month to month; your workspace stays active through the period you've paid for, and you can export your data first.
