Create your workspace

A workspace is your company's private copy of EVERJUST — its own address, its own database, its own users. It's built about two minutes after you pay. There are two ways to get one: sign up online, or book a walkthrough first.

Sign up online

Go to everjust.app/signup and complete four steps in the browser:

1. Your account — your name, work email, and a password.
2. Your workspace — the address your team signs in at, for example acme.everjust.app. Addresses use lowercase letters, numbers, and dashes, 3 to 40 characters, starting and ending with a letter or number. The page tells you immediately whether one is free.
3. Your business — your company name and your plan. On the New Business rate you confirm your company was registered in the last 12 months.
4. Checkout — card details on the page itself, handled by Stripe. We never see or store the card.

Your workspace is built about two minutes later and you're emailed the sign-in link. Prices and what each plan includes are on Pricing & billing.

If you'd rather see it first — or you need more than 12 seats, which isn't self-serve — start with a 30-minute walkthrough on a live workspace:

1. Request one at everjust.app/walkthrough. The form asks for your name, email, team size, the plan you're interested in, and a short note (plus, for the New Business rate, when your company was registered). We reply within one business day.
2. On the call we show you the platform, answer everything, and help you pick a license — or tell you it's not a fit. This is where you tell us your industry, your website, and what you want to run first, so we can set it up before you sign in.
3. Together we claim your address. The address is where your team signs in — for example acme.everjust.app. Addresses use lowercase letters, numbers, and dashes, 3 to 40 characters, starting and ending with a letter or number.
4. Pay, and your workspace is built about two minutes later.

What we set up for you

Your answers shape the workspace before you ever sign in:

• The right apps, on from day one. Say "Sales & CRM" and you land with CRM and Sales installed; say "Invoicing" and you get billing ready to go. You can turn on more apps yourself at any time.
• Your branding. If you give us your website, we pull your name, logo, and colors so the workspace looks like yours.
• Your company details. The company name you give us becomes your workspace's name — on the app, on invoices, and on email.
