Email Marketing

Email Marketing designs and sends campaigns to your mailing lists, then shows you what worked. Build the email in a drag-and-drop editor, send it to a list or a filtered set of contacts, launch now or on a schedule, and read opens, clicks, and bounces per mailing. Campaigns go out from your workspace's verified sending domain.
Your workspace also has Mail for day-to-day email. Mail handles one-to-one messages and caps a send at 100 recipients; anything that goes to a list belongs here.
What you can do
- Build emails. Drag blocks onto a canvas, or start from a template.
- Target lists. Send to mailing lists, or to a filtered set of your contacts and CRM records.
- Collect signups. A signup block on your website feeds a list of its own.
- Respect opt-outs. Every campaign carries a one-click unsubscribe. List opt-outs and the blocklist are honored automatically at send time.
- Measure. Track opens, clicks, and bounces per mailing, then compare results.
Configuration
Email Marketing is available on your workspace. Many workspaces have it from the start, since it comes with CRM; if you don't see it, an admin turns it on from Apps.
Campaigns send from your workspace's verified sending domain. Use a From address
on that domain — a From on any other domain is rewritten to noreply@ on your
domain at send time. The reply-to is set per mailing.
Your sending domain
Domain setup is guided. Ask us to connect your domain and we handle the DNS records with you. A new domain has no sending reputation yet, so ramp volume up gradually instead of opening with your biggest list.
Send to people who opted in, and only them. Bought or stale lists bounce, and high bounce rates hurt the deliverability of every campaign that follows. The blocklist backs you up: it is enforced at campaign send time, on every list.
