Calls & SMS

Make calls and send texts from inside your workspace, with each call and message logged against the customer.
EVERJUST offers more than one way to handle calls, depending on your phone setup:
- Embedded softphone. Place and receive calls in the browser, see who's calling, and record calls — no desk phone needed.
- SMS. Send texts to contacts through your configured gateway.
- Provider sync. If you use an external phone provider, calls and recordings sync back and attach to the right contact.
What you can do
- Call from a record. Click to call a customer from CRM or their contact card; the call logs itself on their timeline.
- Text customers. Send and receive SMS tied to the contact.
- Keep recordings. Call recordings attach to the contact's history where enabled.
Configuration
Calls and SMS need a provider configured by an administrator (the softphone, an SMS gateway, or an external phone system). See your administrator to connect yours.
