Call a customer straight from CRM or their contact card. Click the phone number, and the call starts through your configured provider. You stay on the record while you talk.

The call logs itself on the customer's timeline. When you hang up, an entry appears in their chatter with the time and details, so you have a history without writing it down.

Send and receive SMS

Send a text message tied to the contact. Type the message on their record and send it. Replies come back to the same record, so the conversation stays in one thread next to everything else you know about them.

Call recordings

Where recording is enabled, the recording attaches to the contact's history. Open the contact and find the recording in their chatter, linked to the call it came from. Use it to review what was said or hand context to a teammate.
