Inventory tracks stock across your locations — what you have, where it is, and what's moving. Receive and deliver goods, set rules that reorder for you, count what is on the shelf, and value the stock in your books.
What you can do
- Track stock. Real-time quantities by product and location, across multiple warehouses.
- Receive and deliver. Record incoming receipts and outgoing deliveries as clear operations. See Receipts & deliveries.
- Replenish. Set reordering rules so stock tops up automatically. See Replenish stock.
- Value your stock. Choose a costing method and see inventory value in your books.

Set up your warehouses, storage locations, and operation types. Define reordering rules per product.
Note
Inventory is included for some workspace setups, such as retail and manufacturing. If it is not in yours, an admin turns it on from Apps — see Turn apps on and off.
