Replenish stock

EVERJUST keeps your shelves stocked. Set reordering rules and the system tells you when to buy and how much.

Reordering rules with min/max

A reordering rule sets a minimum and a maximum quantity for a product at a location. When stock drops below the minimum, EVERJUST flags the product for replenishment and proposes a quantity that brings you back to the maximum.

  1. Open the product and go to the reordering rules.
  2. Add a rule with a minimum and a maximum quantity.
  3. Save the rule.

The product now appears in the replenishment view whenever it runs low.

Generate purchase orders from low stock

Open the Replenishment view to see every product below its minimum. Each line shows the suggested quantity to order. Click Order to turn the line into a request for quotation or a draft purchase order for the product's vendor. Review the order and confirm it in Purchase. This keeps buying tied to real shortfalls instead of guesswork.

Units of measure

Each product carries a unit of measure, such as units, kilograms, or boxes. You can buy in one unit and stock in another, for example order by the case and sell by the each. EVERJUST converts between them so quantities stay correct from purchase through delivery.
