Receipts & deliveries
Inventory in EVERJUST tracks every move of stock. Goods come in as receipts, go out as deliveries, and shift between locations as internal transfers.
Incoming receipts
A receipt records goods arriving at your warehouse. When you confirm a purchase order, EVERJUST creates a receipt for the expected items. Open the receipt, set the quantities that actually arrived, and click Validate. Stock for those products rises by the received amount.
Outgoing deliveries
A delivery records goods leaving for a customer. When you confirm a sales order, EVERJUST creates a delivery for the ordered items. Open the delivery, confirm the quantities picked, and click Validate. Stock falls by the delivered amount and the customer order is fulfilled.
Internal transfers
Move stock between two locations inside your warehouse with an internal transfer. Pick the source location, the destination location, the product, and the quantity, then validate. Use transfers to shift goods from receiving to a shelf or between zones.
Operation types
Each move belongs to an operation type: receipts, deliveries, internal transfers, and any custom types you add. Operation types set the default source and destination locations and group moves on the Inventory overview. Open the overview to see counts of moves waiting under each type.
