eCommerce

eCommerce

eCommerce puts a store on your own website. It sells from the same catalog as the rest of your workspace, with the same products, prices, and stock, so there is no second product list to maintain and nothing to sync. Customers browse, add to cart, and pay online. Each web order arrives as a sales order that your team confirms, fulfills, and invoices like any other.

Not seeing eCommerce?

Workspaces set up for retail start with eCommerce installed. For everyone else it is one click away: an admin turns it on from the Apps page. See Turn apps on and off.

What you can do

  • Sell your catalog online. Put products on the store with photos, descriptions, and variants such as size or color. Each product has its own publish switch, so you decide what the store shows.
  • Keep one catalog. Store products are the same records the rest of your workspace uses. Change a price once and the store follows; stock levels come from Inventory.
  • Take payment at checkout. Customers pay online through your payment provider account.
  • Turn visits into orders. Every completed checkout lands in Sales as a sales order, in the same list as the quotes your team sends.
  • Make it match your brand. Shop pages are pages on your site, edited with the same block editor as the rest of Website Builder.

Configuration

Three things stand between activation and your first sale: products on the store, a payment provider, and shipping options. Set up your store walks through all three. Once orders come in, Orders, payment & fulfillment covers what happens next.
