Publish on your own domain

Every workspace starts with a web address on the platform, like yourcompany.everjust.app. You can put your site on your own domain instead, such as yourcompany.com. There is no self-serve switch for this. We set it up with you, because it involves DNS changes and a security certificate for your domain. You point your domain at the platform, tell us the domain, and we connect it. After that your site loads on your own address, and you sign in to manage it at admin.yourcompany.com. Your original yourcompany.everjust.app address keeps working, so nothing breaks while the change goes through.

This is a concierge step

Connecting a domain isn't a setting you flip yourself. Ask us and we do it with you. Once it's live you go back to editing your site exactly as before.

Ask us to connect your domain

  1. Tell us the domain you want to use, for example yourcompany.com.
  2. We send you the DNS records to add at your domain provider. Add them.
  3. We connect the domain and issue its HTTPS certificate.
  4. Once it's live, sign in at admin.yourcompany.com and keep editing your site as before.

Signing in after the switch

Once your domain is connected, sign in to manage your site at admin.yourcompany.com. That is your branded login on your own domain. Your original yourcompany.everjust.app address still signs in too, so a saved bookmark keeps working.

Your platform address keeps working

Your yourcompany.everjust.app address does not go away. It keeps serving and keeps signing you in. It is kept out of search results on purpose, so it never competes with your real domain as a duplicate. Search engines index your public domain, and only that one, so your rankings build on the address you want.

Self-hosting your own instance
