CRM

CRM organizes your sales: capture leads, work them through a pipeline, and see what's likely to close. The lead channels come included — your website's contact form, live chat, and event registrations all feed the same pipeline. Open CRM from the app menu.
What you can do
- Build your pipeline. Drag opportunities across stages — New, Qualified, Proposition, Won — so you see where every deal stands.
- Capture leads. Add leads by hand, import a spreadsheet, or capture them from your website's contact form, live chat conversations, and event registrations. See Capture leads.
- Plan the next step. Schedule calls, meetings, and to-dos on each opportunity so nothing goes cold.
- Call from the deal. Once calling is set up, each lead has a call button, and calls log to the lead's timeline automatically. See Calls & SMS.
- Catch duplicates. Enter an email address that already exists on another contact and a warning appears before the duplicate spreads.
- Forecast. See expected revenue by stage and close date, and spot deals that are stuck.
- Analyze. Report on win rate, lost reasons, and performance by salesperson.
Configuration
Set your pipeline stages, lead sources, and sales teams in the CRM settings. Assign salespeople so new leads route to the right person. You can also pin a fixed win probability to each stage, so every deal in a stage carries the same number in your forecast.
Email capture is a guided setup
Turning mail sent to a team address into leads can be set up with your mail domain — ask us to enable it for your workspace.
