Capture leads
A lead is a raw contact before you qualify it. EVERJUST CRM pulls leads in from several channels and routes them to the right salesperson.
Bring leads in
You have five ways to add leads:
- Create one by hand from the Leads list.
- Set an email alias on a sales team. Mail sent to that address becomes a lead for the team.
- Connect your website contact forms. Each submission lands in CRM as a lead.
- Import a list from a spreadsheet to load many leads at once.
- Capture inbound calls and messages through your other EVERJUST apps.
Assign leads
Once a lead arrives, it goes to a salesperson. Use round-robin to spread leads evenly across a team. Or write assignment rules based on fields like country, expected revenue, or tags. The lead shows up in the assigned rep's list, ready to work.
Qualify into an opportunity
When a lead looks real, qualify it:
- Open the lead.
- Review the contact details and add what you learn.
- Convert it to an opportunity.
The opportunity enters your pipeline at the first stage. From there you track expected revenue and a closing date and move it toward Won.
