Manage your pipeline

Your pipeline shows every open opportunity as a card on a kanban board. You move cards forward as deals progress and close them when they win or lose.

Work the kanban board

EVERJUST CRM ships with four stages: New, Qualified, Proposition, and Won. Each stage is a column on the board. Drag an opportunity from one column to the next as the deal advances. The board gives you a live read on where every deal stands.

Open any opportunity to set its details:

  1. Enter the expected revenue.
  2. Set the expected closing date.
  3. Save the record.

These two fields drive your forecast, so keep them current.

Close a deal

When a customer commits, mark the opportunity Won. The deal moves to the Won stage and counts toward your sales.

When a deal falls through, mark it Lost and pick a lost reason. The reason feeds your reporting later, so choose one that reflects what happened.

Configure stages and teams

Edit the stages to match how you sell. Rename them, reorder them, or add new ones from the kanban view. Assign each sales team its own pipeline so a team sees only its own deals. Set this up under the CRM configuration before you onboard your reps.
