Invite your team

EVERJUST works best with your whole team in one place. You add people from the Getting Started checklist or from Settings, choose what each person can open, and promote anyone to administrator when they need full access. Each person gets a branded email to set their own password and sign in, so no one shares a login.

Invite from the setup checklist

The fastest path for a new workspace: on the Getting Started screen, find the Invite your team step, type your team's email addresses, and choose Send invites. Each person gets an email to set a password and join your workspace.

Invite from Settings

You can add people any time from Settings → Users & Companies → Users:

1. Open Settings, then Users & Companies → Users.
2. Choose New, enter the person's name and email, and save.
3. They receive an invitation to set a password and sign in.

Set what each person can see

Access rights control which apps and records each person can open. Set them on the user's record, in the Access Rights tab.

• Internal users are your staff. They count toward your plan's seats and get access to the apps you grant.
• Portal users are outside collaborators, such as customers or vendors. They are free, never count toward your 12 seats, and see only their own portal at /my, never your workspace. See Your client portal for what they get and how to invite them.

Grant only what each role needs. You can change access rights at any time.

Make someone an administrator

To give someone full run of the workspace, make them an administrator:

1. Open the person under Settings → Users & Companies → Users.
2. In the Access Rights tab, set Administration to Settings (the administrator level).
3. Save.

The Administrator role is self-completing. It grants access to every app in your workspace automatically, and it stays in sync: turn on a new app later and administrators can use it right away, with no extra permissions to set. Without this role, a new administrator would see an almost-empty app menu until each app was granted by hand.
