Your account & security settings
Everything about your own login lives in Profile Settings. Open it from your avatar in the top-right corner. A banner across the top shows your photo, name, and email; a set of tabs down the side holds the rest: Preferences for language, notifications, and your signature; Calendar for your time zone and connected calendars; Account Security for your password, two-factor authentication, passkeys, and signed-in devices; and API & AI Agent for connecting an AI agent. This page changes your account only, not anyone else's.
Open Profile Settings
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Choose Profile Settings.
To change your photo, click it in the banner and upload a new one. Edit your name and email in the same banner, then save.
Set your preferences
On the Preferences tab you control the day-to-day feel of your workspace:
- Language: the interface follows it.
- Notification: choose whether messages reach you by email or show up in the app.
- Notifications group: your own switch, quiet hours, what a phone or browser alert shows, a list of what you are told about, and a test button. The group is part of the notification center, which is on unless an administrator has switched it off.
- Signature: the sign-off added to your outgoing messages.
Save when you are done.
The Calendar tab holds your Time Zone, which dates and times follow, and your connected Google or Outlook calendar, where calendar connect is on for your workspace. See Connect your calendar.
Change your password
- Open the Account Security tab.
- Choose Change Password.
- Enter your current password, set a new one, and save.
Turn on two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication adds a second step at sign-in, so a stolen password is not enough to reach your account.
- Open the Account Security tab.
- Choose Enable two-factor authentication.
- Scan the code with an authenticator app, enter the six-digit code, and confirm.
The same tab lists your passkeys and the devices where you are signed in. Add a passkey for password-free sign-in, or sign out a device you no longer use.
Connect an AI agent
The API & AI Agent tab holds your API keys and a one-click Connect an AI agent button. It mints a key and shows a ready-to-paste configuration for tools like Claude Code or Codex. For the full walkthrough and what an agent can and cannot do, see Connect an AI agent.
