Bill time

Billable hours in EVERJUST become revenue. You set rates, turn logged time into invoices, and compare what you tracked against what you charged.

Turn billable time into invoices

  1. In Sales, create a sales order for the customer with a service product set to bill on timesheets.
  2. Link the project or task to that order so the hours land on the right line.
  3. As your team logs billable time, the hours flow to the sales order.
  4. Create the invoice from the order, then send and post it in Invoicing.

The customer pays for the hours you delivered, taken straight from the timesheets.

Set billing rates

Each service product carries a sales price, which sets the rate per hour billed. You can set different rates for different services or customers through the product and price lists in Sales. The rate on the linked product decides what each logged hour is worth on the invoice.

Analyze logged vs billed time

Open Timesheets and use the reporting view to group entries by project, task, or employee. Compare hours logged against hours billed to find time that was tracked but never invoiced. This shows where work is leaking and where your margin holds.
