Record time

Timesheets in EVERJUST track the hours your team spends on tasks. You log time from the project, run a live timer, or fill a weekly grid.

Log hours on a task

  1. Open a task in Projects.
  2. Go to the Timesheets tab on the task.
  3. Click Add a line, enter a description and the number of hours, then save.

The hours roll up to the task and the project, so you see total effort against the work.

Use a timer

Start a timer when you begin work and stop it when you finish. EVERJUST records the elapsed time as a timesheet entry on that task. Open the task, click the timer to start, and click again to stop. This captures real time without you doing the math.

Use the weekly grid

Open Timesheets and switch to the grid view. The grid shows your tasks down the side and the days of the week across the top. Type hours into each cell to record what you worked on each day. The grid totals each row and each day so you can check the week before you submit.
