Screen, interview & hire
Every application becomes a candidate card in the job's pipeline. You screen, interview, and score candidates as a team, then hire and move the new starter into onboarding. This page walks that flow from first application to employee record.
Move candidates through stages
The pipeline is a board: one column per stage, one card per candidate. Define the stages to match how you hire — for example screening, interview, offer, hired.
- Open the job position to see its pipeline.
- Open a candidate card to read the application. The CV stays attached to the record.
- Move the card to the next stage as the candidate progresses, or to your refusal stage when they drop out.
The board shows where every candidate stands, so nobody has to ask.
Log interviews and notes
Keep everything about a candidate on the candidate record:
- Book the interview with the interviewers and the candidate. It goes on the interviewers' Calendar like any other meeting.
- After each interview, write your feedback as a note on the record. The rest of the hiring team reads it there, and everyone scores the candidate from the same notes.
- Attach anything else that matters — an updated CV, a portfolio, a test assignment.
One record per candidate means no forwarded email chains and no lost attachments.
Hire and create the employee
- Move the candidate to your hired stage.
- Create the employee record from the candidate, so the details you collected carry over instead of being retyped.
- Start their onboarding — see Onboarding & offboarding.
