The accounting package

The accounting package turns the Invoicing app's books into a full accounting suite. It adds the reports you file and manage from, fixed-asset tracking with depreciation, budgets, escalating payment reminders, and the bank reconciliation screen. We enable it for your workspace on request, per workspace, with no downtime. Everything on this page is off until we turn it on; the base product keeps the ledger, invoices, bills, taxes, and manual entries without it.

What it adds

  • Financial reports. General ledger, trial balance, aged receivables and payables, open items, and a period tax return you file from. Without the package you see tax amounts on each posted document and can group posted entries in the pivot analysis; see Taxes.
  • Fixed assets. Register an asset and let its value depreciate on a schedule, with the platform posting the depreciation entries for you.
  • Budgets. Set budget figures per account or period and track your actuals against them.
  • Escalating payment reminders. Structured reminder levels that chase overdue invoices on a schedule, instead of resending each invoice by hand. See Get paid for the manual approach the base product gives you.
  • Bank reconciliation. Enter bank statement lines and match them to invoices, bills, and payments in a dedicated screen. See Bank & reconciliation.

What stays the same

The base product already keeps full double-entry books: customer invoices, vendor bills, taxes, journals, the chart of accounts, and manual entries. The package adds reporting and automation on top. Nothing you already do changes, and the new reports read the history you have already recorded.

How to get it

Enabled on request

Ask us to enable the accounting package for your workspace. We switch it on per workspace with no downtime. Your existing invoices, bills, and entries stay as they are.
