Request a signature

Signatures sends a document for sign-off and tracks it to the end. You upload a file, mark where people sign, and send it.

Prepare the document

  1. Open Signatures and click New.
  2. Upload the document you need signed, such as a PDF.
  3. Drag signature boxes onto the page where each person signs.
  4. Add field boxes for the other details you need, like name, date, or initials.

Place a box for every spot a signer must fill. Each box is tied to one signer, so the right person fills the right field.

Send to signers

Add one signer or several. Enter each person's name and email, then assign them to their boxes. Send the request, and each signer gets an email with a link.

Signers complete the document in the browser. They open the link on a phone, tablet, or computer and fill in their boxes. They need no account and no software.

Track progress

Watch the request status as it moves. You see who has signed and who has not. Send a reminder to anyone still pending, so the document gets finished.
