Write articles

Wiki is where you keep what your team needs to know. You write articles in a rich editor and organize them so people find answers fast.

The editor

Open Wiki and click New to start an article. The editor handles formatting as you type. Add headings, lists, tables, links, and images. Paste content and it keeps its structure. Save when you are done, and the article is ready to read.

Structure your articles

Group related articles into categories. A category holds a set of articles on one subject, such as onboarding or sales process.

Nest articles under a parent when one topic breaks into smaller pieces. A parent article can hold child articles, and each child can hold its own children. This builds a tree your team can browse from the top down.

Version history

Every edit is recorded. Open an article's version history to see what changed and who changed it. Compare an earlier version with the current one, and restore an old version if an edit went wrong.
