Products & prices

One product catalog feeds quotations, orders, and invoices across EVERJUST Sales. You set up each product once, and every app reads the same data.

Set up products

Create a product for each thing you sell. Use variants when one product comes in several forms, such as a shirt in three sizes and two colors. Variants share a parent product but carry their own code and price difference.

On each product you set:

  1. The unit of measure, such as units, hours, or kilograms.
  2. The taxes that apply when you sell it.
  3. The cost, which feeds your margin reporting.

Set these once and they flow into every quotation line automatically.

Price for different customers

A price list sets the prices a group of customers pays. Build more than one to handle different cases:

  • A wholesale list with lower prices for resellers.
  • A list in another currency for customers abroad.
  • A list with volume rules that drop the price at higher quantities.

Assign a price list to a customer or apply it on a quotation. The lines reprice to match the list you choose.
