Send quotations

A quotation is a priced offer you send to a customer. In EVERJUST Sales you build it from your product catalog, send it by email or as an online quote, and turn it into a sales order once the customer accepts.

Build the quotation

  1. In Sales, click New and pick the customer.
  2. Add lines from your product catalog. Each line pulls in the price, unit, and tax from the product; adjust quantities as needed.
  3. Add optional products the customer can choose to include.
  4. Apply a discount on a line or across the quotation (switch on Discounts in Sales settings first).
  5. Set an expiration date so the offer does not stand forever.

Send it and get acceptance

Click Send by email. The quotation PDF is attached automatically and the message goes out from your workspace mail — nothing to export or attach by hand.

You can also share the quotation as an online quote the customer opens in a browser. There they accept and sign directly on the page. Once online payment is set up, they can pay the deposit or the full amount in the same place; configuring a payment provider is covered in Get paid.

Reuse a template

For deals you quote often, save a quotation template with its products, optional items, and terms. Load the template next time instead of building from scratch.

Convert to an order

When the customer accepts, the quotation becomes a sales order. From the order you handle delivery and move on to invoicing.
