Tickets & registration
Tickets control who gets in and how much they pay. Set up ticket types, take registrations online, check people in at the door, and read the results.
Create ticket types
Each event can offer more than one ticket type. Open the event and add tickets.
- Name each type, such as "General" or "VIP."
- Set it free or set a price.
- Cap the quantity to limit seats.
- Set a sales window so a type opens and closes on schedule.
Run an early-bird and a regular ticket side by side, each with its own price and limit.
Take registrations online
The published event page carries a registration form. A visitor picks a ticket type, fills in their details, and registers. Paid tickets collect payment at checkout. Each registration creates an attendee record tied to the event.
Check attendees in
Use the registration desk on event day. Open the desk on a phone or tablet at the door. Scan the code on an attendee's ticket, or search by name, and mark them present. The count of checked-in attendees updates as people arrive.
Report on registration and revenue
The event reports show who registered, how many showed, and how much you earned by ticket type. Compare ticket types to see which sold. Use the totals to plan your next event and to follow up with attendees through Email Marketing.
