Run a project
A project is more than a task board. EVERJUST gives you milestones, templates, access control, and profitability so you can manage delivery and margin.
Track milestones
Open a project and turn on Milestones in its settings. Add a milestone with a name and target date, such as "Design signed off" or "Go live." Link tasks to a milestone so you see what remains before each one. The project shows which milestones are reached and which are late.
Reuse project templates
Set up a project once with its stages, tasks, and milestones, then mark it as a template. When you start similar work, create a new project from that template. The stages and task structure copy over, so you skip the setup each time.
Control who can see a project
Open the project settings and set its visibility. Choose between all internal users, only invited people, or portal access for customers. Invited followers receive updates from the project chatter. This keeps client work separate from internal projects.
See basic profitability
Turn on Timesheets for the project. As your team logs hours, the project records the cost of that time. When the work is billable, it also records revenue. Open the project to see logged cost against billed amounts, which gives you a basic profitability view per project.
